how to clone a software?

In the company, we have a computer with an invoicing program installed.
This invoicing program is required by tax bureau, and installed by them. They didn?t give us the installation disk.
Now I need to reinstall that pc, but how can I recover that program after reinstallation?
Is there software with which I can “clone” that program into a new system?
