how to configure vsnl acoount in outlook

hi
i want to configure vsnl account in outlook express.since i am using wingate proxy it give error .but if i using for dial up connection then it works fine. should i have to change some setting in my wingate proxy.
i am using pop3 add—mail.vsnl.net
i am using smpt add–smtp.vsnl.net
