Well generally there are 2 ways

You can hard wire this NB into the LAN Add it as a Terminal to either the Workgroup or Domain and then install the Printer through the Add Printer Option.

If you already have a existing Network Connection through a WiFi Access Point all you need do is add the Printer with the Add Printer Option in the Printers/Fax Menu on the Start Menu.

If you want to connect Wirelessly and do not have an existing WiFi Connection you need to add a WiFi Access Point bridge the Wired and Wireless LAN then when that is working run the Network Setup Wizard and enable sharing of Files & Printers. Then when that is finished add the Network Printer through the Add New Printer option in the Printers & Fax from the Start Menu.
