How to connect FOUND ME app with their products?

Hello everyone this is my first post here. All I need is your help and suggestion. I recently bought an interactive tag for my Airpods from the website named FOUND ME. I installed their application also but I don’t know how to connect the tags with their app. If anyone is friendly with their app please answer here…

If you buy a tag for your airpods from a website, the website doesn’t tell how to use them, their customer service doesn’t know it either and the product comes without a user manual, then it’s time to return it, get your money back and then buy a better product from a better shop.

That’s strange. There’s another member who bought Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite buds and calls them Airpods in his question (which is the same as yours: how to use this app). Airpods are from Apple, not from Samsung.

What buds exactly do you have?

Here’s a step-by-step guide from my end that you can try:

1- Make sure your Airpods tags are charged and within range of your device.
2- Open the FOUND ME app on your smartphone.
3- Look for a “Settings” or “Connect” option within the app. It might be represented by a gear icon or have a Bluetooth symbol.
4- Tap on the “Settings” or “Connect” option to access the Bluetooth settings.
5- On your Airpods tags, there may be a physical button or a specific sequence of button presses you need to perform to initiate the pairing mode. Refer to the user manual or documentation that came with the tags for instructions.
6- Once the tags are in pairing mode, you should see them listed in the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
7- Tap on the Airpods tag’s name in the Bluetooth settings list to initiate the pairing process.
8- Follow any on-screen instructions in the FOUND ME app to complete the pairing process.
