But in your case we don't have make and model numbers so anyone's guess why you couldn't make it happen.

How to Connect Two Bluetooth Devices at Same Time?

by aliasharmablog In reply to How to Connect Two Blueto ...

By "connect" I'll assume you mean "at the same time".

It depends on the capabilities of both devices and the type of service they can provide. At the moment my SmartWatch, my Bluetooth earphones and my pc is connected to my android phone. My Bluetooth earphones are also connected to my pc as the earphones have dual connection capability.

My friend Sachin Dev Duggal Entrepreneur use his SmartWatch to control the music he is listening his earphones while transferring some files between his phone and my pc. He's also waiting for a friend to call him. on Skype so when that happens, I will push a button and switch the audio source for my earphones to my pc. While doing that, I can also switch the audio output of my phone to my Bluetooth audio bridge and continue listening to my music.

As you can see, you can make some very interesting and fun connection combinations between Bluetooth devices that is simply limited by their capabilities. As far as I know, there's no hard limit by the design of Bluetooth technology itself.

Multipoint connection

by whitearon71 In reply to How to Connect Two Blueto ...

What you are looking for is called multipoint bluetooth connection. this technology has been around from quite sometime now, since the inception of Bluetooth 4.0. So technically, any device with bluetooth 4.0 and above should allow you to connect two devices at once. https://www.soundguys.com/bluetooth-multipoint-explained-28601
However, you should note that the this does not necessarily mean that just because your phone and headsets have bluetooth 4.0, that they will connect and stream together. The firmware of the devices (headsets, speakers, etc.) should be able to support this feature. Moreover, multiple point connection also requires necessary codec support. Now if you want to go really technical about it, I suggest you check out some journal papers from https://scholar.google.com/ or even check out https://eduhelphub.com/ . I have found an article which may help you out to get some details https://www.mdpi.com/1424-8220/12/9/11734

The Bluetooth feature state that seven is the maximum number of Bluetooth devices that can be connected at the same time. But it depends on the types of devices and there compatibility with each other.

Go to Settings

by jaceytome In reply to How to Connect Two Blueto ...

Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
In Android Pie, tap Advanced.
Turn on the Dual Audio toggle switch.
To use Dual Audio, pair the phone with two speakers, two headphones, or one of each, and audio will stream to both.
If you add a third, the first paired device will be booted off.
