    How to contact my host

    by pattytech ·

I have very limited skills and used those skills to build a website for a classic car group and I buy hosting at:

My web host has changed and I think they may have been bought out. I am still able to get to the cpanel to administer my site, but they no longer have a “support ticket” option.

I need to transfer ownership of this website to a friend, who will pay the yearly cost of hosting and will be in charge of the website – I will continue to have access to help with any changes he may need.

Since I am unable to create a support ticket, I cannot find a way to tell this to my host.

Do any of you experts know how to help me?

    Thanks in advance.

As long as it works, just give your username and password to your friend, so
he can work on the site.

Then wait till the yearly invoice arrives for the hosting. This surely will mention and email address or some other contact option, if the old ones don’t work anymore. But maybe there is some contact option already on the site of the host.
