I have a contract that I would like to have as a contract template. How do I get this to become a template so that I can fill in a clients name and address, print it out and then save it. I would like to open the template again and not remove the previous clients info. I have Office 2000 on the PC. Any ideas, Thanks

Are you using Word? Save the contract as a Document template. You can then go to File>New and Word will create a copy. Save the copy with any appropriate name.
You could also create a Merge document and save all of the client information in a database. You would then choose to print any particular record you wished.
