How to create shared Tasks in Outlook 2003

I have a MS outlook 2003 user who wants to create a shared tasks separate from her own tasks. By doing this, she wants someone else be able to view only this specific task. Any idea and help is wlc and will be much appreciated.

As long as you are using Exchange:

Open the Tasks, right-click on Tasks and Select a new Folder. Name it as Shared Tasks or whatever you want. Then you can setup the share and users for that folder. You can also change the shared settings of the other folder as well.
