How to disable screensaver when using video players

By poohba ·
I have Intervideo DVD, MPlayer, WMPlayer, Windows Media Center and Quicktime on Windows Vista Ultimate. When I use any of these to view a movie or video other than Intervideo, my screensaver will interrupt. How do I stop that? Intervideo plays uninterrupted.

If there is a setting for " enable hardware acceleration",

Then enable it and see if works.
Or just disable your screen saver. :)
I use Cyberlink for my videos, it is much better than Intervideo and Windows own make.

Please post back if you have any more problems or questions.

Problem solved.

Just because you have other media players, doesn't mean you HAVE to use them.

I personally use GOMplayer as it isn't affected either. But I don't worry about the ones that are. :)
