How to export Acrobat Reader to Excel

I would liek to be able to take a table from Adobe Acrobat Reader to Excel.Specifially, Dollar Spot Forward Against the Dollar Table published on www.FT.com.

I have saved the document as a text file adn then re-opend the converted file in Excel, but was unable to bring the various columns exactly as shown in Adobe. Some text shows in the data/number column. Adobe data is sepearted by blanks or spaces.

Does anyone know how to sucessfuly translate Adobe produced columns into excel.
