How to export outlook form data to a dat

I've designed outlook forms and custom fields. How can I export data came by these forms?

This is setup for Access,Start Access,click Blank Access Database in the Create a new database using section,and click OK,or with Access running choose open from the menu to open the File New Database dialog box
Type a file name and click Create
Click Create Table By Entering Data, and the click Open
Choose Get External Data from the File menu, and then click Import to open the Import dialog box
Select Outlook from the Files Of Type list
Select your folder in the Import Exchange/Outlook Wizard dialog box
Finish and click OK

Outlook does not support export of custom fields. You can either write code or use a free tool available to handle export to Access. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customimport.htm.
