how to find the proper file size while data recovery ?

i want to know how does some software extracts the proper size of the file which is deleted as i’m building my own data recovery software which parses the data from $MFT,$LogFile,$Mftmirror and any contians the size of the file in section data attribute 0x80 its recovering the every file from the NTFS file system but there is one file whose data runs looks like been cleaned so i cant able to locate it or find it as you can see in this after 0x80 all the data runs has been cleaned so any idea how some softwares find the size of this file in an instant ohterwise im getting the size of other files properly ???
