How to fix Bootmgr is missing in HP mini Notebook

Hey I am using an HP mini laptop referred as Notebook and would kindly likely to know what the problem and the solution for this error. So it goes like this:

The early morning I was using my hp mini for my educational purposes (web designing) and then it started lagging for awhile then I turned off my Lappy on that very time... Then the next day I switched it on it appeared some changes have happened like
'press del to go to setup
press f11 to go to change boot orders
Press f12 blablabla...'
And at the bottom
'Press F1 to load default and all'
And I tried pressing 'DEL' or 'F11' or 'F10' nothing happened but when I tried pressing 'F1' it appeared as
'BOOTMGR is missing'
'Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart'
I know when it comes I need to reinstall windows but I can't while the Hp Mini notebook doesn't have the drive but it only have to 2usb ports and other ports... But I have the windows 7 cd. I tried booting my laptop from my pen drive( 4gb) with the windows files which I copied from the cd. Then a weird error message appeared likely to be:
'Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software might have caused the problem.'

Then
'1) insert the windows installation cd
2) then choose the language
3) then click repair your computer'

'Status: (I don't remember )

'Device you insert is inaccessible'

Sorry some of the words I wrote might be missing or wrong because I did not see the messages while I do not have charge on my lap :)

Please tell me the solution and problem
Thank you!
