Question

How to Get Facebook Business URL without mixing personal and business life?

By runninglow ·
I have a network of websites and it has become difficult to get enough page likes to get a custom URL for my page and from a brand perspective I do not want to post a link to my Facebook page without an attractive URL (looks ugh) and I don't want to determine my username across other social platforms without knowing what is available/accessible as a user name on Facebook. I also don't want to mix business with personal life so the fact they want you to share your business with your friends is crazy in my thought process (I could just be crazy) when first starting a business. Basically, I wan't to build my social brand but I can't do so without 25 likes (I believe that is the case) and I don't know an easy way of doing so. I tried doing a simple post and promoting for page likes but it has been unsuccessful and a waste of money. I've also tried assigning another admin account and having it produce the username but that account was recently banned for multiple identities.

Does anyone have any advice on how to accomplish my goal?

What would you do to get those 25 page likes and approval for custom URL without connecting your business with your personal life?

Thanks

Business account

To create a business account first, you need to have a personal Facebook account. All Facebook business pages, or fan pages, must be linked to at least one personal Facebook account. Second, to set up your Facebook business account, navigate to the “Create a Page” section of Facebook.

To promote your page you can use promotional services for Facebook. They will help you to get more targeted audience.

Separate account

What is the problem in creating a separate business account? If you have many connected people in your personal account you will simply send them a link for a business account and they would follow it. And that way you'll leave your personal account just for friends.
