How to get Forums Qu and Ans on your mail box??

Hi Frds,

I want to know, how can i get all Question and Ans which is asked by anyone or answered by anyone to my mail box.

Presetly i have read these Qu or ans on web. is it possible to get these Qu and answer on my mail id. if yes pls guide me.

If communications went directly to your mailbox how would others benefit and learn from a "closed" forum?

You can mark your posts to prompt you when someone replies to them

You could subscribe to every post that comes along

so you get links every time an addition is made to a thread, but otherwise, no.
