I am evaluating starting a local PC support business; however, one issue I have encountered helping others … I don’t have system CDs to rebuild/reinstall. I have always worked for companies that had enterprise agreements, therefore had access to any install CD I would need.
How/where do some startup PC support businesses get CDs for software that came preinstalled (OS, Office)?
