      Since you already know where to find it, just follow the instructions on the page you linked to.

      Two ways to make it easier for yourself:
      – Since it’s an Android app it’s much easier to install it on an Android tablet then on a Windows PC or a Mac. They both need an emulator.
      – However, it seems that somewhere in 2022 Windows 11 will be updated to be able to run Android apps natively. Just wait half a year.

      There is no official app for Windows. The best bet would be to use an Android Emulator to run it on your PC.

      Yep, your only (and fast) solution is using an Emulator. Google it and you’ll be done
