How to load Excel sprdsht into Access DB

What is an easy way to take an Excel spreadsheet (FEMA form 90-49 Request for Public Assistance) and load the various data elements into a user defined database. Need for Hurricane Relief process, need to speed up entry of FEMA data into our Access databases. This is for charitable uses only. Need complete details/site name/examples and very soon. Data entry is now a bottleneck while we try to assist victims.
