How to manage emails in MDaemon

Hi,

I was supposed to send a proposal to my boss on how to manage incoming and outgoing emails in MDaemon. I need to know whether I can exports the emails and how shall I go about it. After exporting it, I will need to tagged/indexed the emails into document management program.

I just need to know how to export the emails and how to do it.
