How to manage multiple cloud storage accounts?

I didn’t think having multiple cloud storage accounts would be a big deal, but now it’s turning into a mess. I’ve got files spread across Google Drive, Dropbox, and others, and half the time, I don’t even remember where I saved something. It’s not like I want to move everything into one place—I just need a way to access all my storage easily without jumping between apps and logins.

I’m sure I’m not the only one dealing with this. How do you guys handle multiple cloud accounts without making it a full-time job?

Either combine them into one cloud storage or make rules for yourself where to store what. The first is easy to do, the second might be the start of a big reshuffle.

Occasionally we see people here complaining they can’t their files in their PC, because they keep forgetting in what folder in what drive they put it. That’s the same issue, and it has the same answer.
