How to move an Access database to dBase

I need to move an Access 2000 database that has 152 tables to an dBase database. I can match fields for like address, city, state, but another table in Access will have the contact name, company, etc…. Then another table may have different phone numbers and yet another table will have email addresses and web URL addresses. How do I get these into the dBase database and have the relevant information for each contact stay together?
