How to open an encryption email of a removed email account

We have deleted the email account of a resigned staff but we find that he has filed some encrypted email in the personal folder and we cannot open such encrypted email. How can I open it without the password.

If the guy resigned why don't you just ask him the password?...

Unless of course, he might be a bit miffed.

If you've already deleted his email account why are you interested in his personal folder?

The guy's gone now.

Delete it all.
