How to rank a website in SERPs?

I am running a website. I have applied different Off-Page strategies to it including Forum posting, social sharing, image submission, video submission and Q&A submission to increase its organic traffic and authority. But I am unable to find the Guest Posting sites for it for free. Can anyone suggest to me how can I get the best Guest Post Backlink for it?

As you can see, we don’t like it if our forum is used to post backlinks on. That’s why the link to your site is deleted and the thread locked.
