I’m afraid that studying their documentation and googling the errors you get when you try to do it is the only way to solve this.

If Steam Family Sharing is not working, Carry out the following actions to fix the problem.

      1. Re-Authorize Shared Library

      2. Check if the game supports sharing

      3. Fix Corrupted Game

      4. Run SFC

      5. Allow Steam through Firewall

Yup, you will see positive changes on Steam.

Turn off unused processes in the background.

      Giving priority to Steam downloads.

Check download region and bandwidth capacity.

Disable antivirus and firewall software temporarily.

      Improve the internet connection.

      Change Steam download region.

Switch to an Ethernet Connection or Faster WiFi.

Clear the download cache on Steam.

      Disable your VPN or proxy.

      Flush DNS.

Navigate to the device management page; Click manage family library sharing and remove the device that isn’t working; Let the problematic computer or device send a request to re-join the library or game; Test to see if this has fixed the issue

      Greetings,
      James
