How to save the HTML form values into Excel sheet or Access,Note Pad

I haveto save the HTML form values into any database(Excel sheet,Notepad,Ms-Access) using HTML code or XML.

You need backend programming to do that....

Form values can be captured using, for example, PHP and MySQL if your host supports them. From there, you can export to CSV format which can be opened with Excel or Notepad and even imported to Access.

HTML and XML are not capable of capturing data from the submitted form itself. Those languages are for formatting web pages.
