How to send a speach?

I have an information talk with some music on a cd which I loaded into ‘my music’ which is 15 minutes. I zipped it and its 13.4mb. I can’t send it as an attachment as its to large, I’m using MSN,EXP & DSL. Is there a way I can, or can I upload this file and send to others. This would be very helpful to communicate more information faster. Thanks, Gary
