how to set more than one lan win2000

i have win2000 server on my computer and i have to install 3 lan's each one of them will go to a hub or swich when i put the lans on my server
the computer see the new lans this ok but
i dont know how to set them i gave each lan the same ip nomber and gatway and dsn but i have an error messege that theris multiple ip on the network if you pls can help me with this problem i will be very thankfull to you

If you want to segment your network into three LANS, you have to give them IP addresses according to their subnet masks. At this point you need a router that segments the network into three LANs. Each router`s interface will be your gateway for each of your LANs. Switchs (and hubs) can not make subnets (or broadcasting domains)but only a router does. You can also use your W2K server as router but in that case it will need to have three ethernet interfaces.

use DHCP and give them different scoop.
using different network id/ip addresses
should work fine.
