How to uninstall Linux

by jcmcintyre In reply to How to uninstall Linux

You really only need to do two things to uninstall linux;

1. Boot with a win 9.x or MS-Dos boot disk, and run fdisk. Delete the linux partitions. Fdisk may shown them as unallocated space.

2. From the win 9.x boot disk, run
fdisk -mbr. This will remove from the master boot record.

Don;t worry about having to remove all of the linux system files. Just remove the partitions, and restore the mbr
