how to update ie 6 on pcs without int.

how can you update pcs to ie 6 that are not on internet? is there a way to get the full version of ie 6 or is it packaged in any software? i need to update some pcs to ie 6 and they are not on the internet..i have the iesetup.exe from microsoft but that wants to connect to internet to download and complete the installation…any suggestions?
