    How to use Lock out Screen as Bulletin Board ?

    If the intent of Lock Screen includes non-account user who is not authorized to login, how to keep Custom DeskTop WallPaper as Login Screen Background ? without involving Admin Right?

    How to use Lock Screen to message non-account user?

    Is it possible to maintain custom WallPaper before Keyboard pressed?

    As-Is Custom WallPaper disappears after Keyboard Pressed.

    Result is lost Text Message , after Enter Key Pressed, which can only reappear on Restart of Computer.

      You can’t login into Windows without having a Windows account. That points to the subfolder in User where your data is. So there can’t be a non-account user, only a not-logged-in user with an account. But, since you aren’t logged in, Windows doesn’t know if it’s you or somebody else.

        Text Wall Paper when Keyboard pressed

        I have Text showing when Keyboard Pressed.

        This don’t work when
        1️⃣ Computer is sleeping (Task Scheduler needs Admin Right to run Batch)
        2️⃣If Computer is live, pressing Enter Key will show Blank Screen

      Set or change a screen lock
      Open your phone’s Settings app.
      Tap Security.
      To pick a kind of screen lock, tap Screen lock.
      Tap the screen lock option you’d like to use.
