    by techsparkle ·

    Hello Guys

In last month Microsoft launches a new window 11 version, so does anybody uses these?

What’s your experience with window 11?

      Windows 11

Has not been officially released yet, only announced recently. Unless there are users testing the Beta version prior to official release there are no current users. The official tool to determine if your computer is compatible has not been posted by Microsoft yet. The official specifications and requirements have been released online by Microsoft. You have to wait like the rest of us for hands-on experience……..

The bad news is the MALWARE.

I’m reading https://www.reviewgeek.com/93184/psa-some-windows-11-installers-are-malware-heres-how-to-safely-download-the-new-os/ and can report others have fallen for infected installers.

I’ve looked at Windows 11 and for me it’s the same old story. “The Emperor Has No Clothes.”

      1. Lack of support for recent CPUs.
      2. The demand for TPM wipes out over half the fleet at the office.
      3. The demand for a Microsoft account falls flat for us (office, lab, home.)

PSA. Linux doesn’t demand you make an account and you can run Chrome, etc. Microsoft may make Windows 11 their last Windows version.

Android app integration is something that I really liked about Windows 11. It has better virtual desktop support and this is something previous versions were missing. The other features I liked are- Easier video calling, xbox tech to improve gaming experience.

        VPN on W11

This problem should be fixed, I see at the beginning many users have similar problems, but now almost every software/Antivirus/VPN is compatible with the new W11.

      Plenty of bugs

Windows 11 has plenty of bugs and games do not run as expected. Thus, I suggest sticking to Windows 10 if you are serious about work or gaming.
