Still running around like a lunatic, no change there, then!
Ma and Pa are becoming increasingly frail, and I'm having to spend a lot more time with them. I don't mind that, but Ma keeps forgetting I have to work for a living!!
Grandson is 11 next month.... who pinched the last 11 years?! Can't believe it.... He's spending the weekend with us, in advance of three nights away at camp next month. No doubt by then, Gramps will have shown him how to strip and engine, wire up a switch panel or something like that - they're inseparable!
How are you? How are the family? I must say, it's awfully quiet around here now. Gone are the days when the Friday Yuk ran to 60+ posts, and Dawg, JD and I, along with Scummie <sigh> OM <nuther sigh> Boxy and you would run riot and sometimes run into my Saturdays, too. Ah, the good old days.... Do you ever hear from any of the old gang?

The disappearance of so many I've come to know and love here is disheartening. Hence, I suppose, my absence of late. The friendships I've formed here are quite possibly the most meaningful of my life. I've learned a lot from so very many of you.
