HowTo - Add Make EXE to toolbar in VB6?

By krosenbusch ·
I want a shortcut that will make exe without having to go File->Make Exe->Create->overwrite (y/n).

Just do it.

No problem.
Right-click on the toolbar in VB and select 'Customize'. Click on the 'Commands' tab, and the 'File' category. Now locate the 'Make <project>...' command and drag it to the desired location on the toolbar. Before you close the Customizedialog, you can right-click on this shortcut and change its icon and style.

This works for most menu commands (like Project|Properties and Project|References)
