Hello there!
I was working on it when my HP 14-dv0055TU Pavilion laptop began to display all of these coloured lines on the screen. Is my graphics card faulty because it just goes white? If not, do you have any suggestions?

Unclear how you can say a screen with all those [?] colored lines is white.

Anyway, since this laptop is less than one years old, this clearly is a warranty case, be it hardware (most likely) or software. So back to the shop to have it fixed.

I also faced the same issue before a year ago. My laptop brand was dell. The screen was black and a too many lines on the screen. I think you laptop has a ribbon problem. You should contact to the customer service for this issue.
