Hi…the set starts counting ram and will not go into setup…. then a blue screen with the words “Smart Card Authentication” and below “Smart Card reader not present” cannot get anywhere further and this Hp 5800 does not even have a Smart card reader….heh what the heck could it be the power supply? Processor is warm all fans work rams are ok all drives are ok monitor fires up…… no function for setup bios will not fire up hard drives …..all windows systems are not accessible maybe mother board?…i’m stuck.*john
