I have a number of HP Brio PC’s which occasionally freeze in the middle of running various programs. Most notable it’s when the PC is running accounting software while being connected to the RM400 Unix box. The problem doesn’t seem to happen to the machines with NT only 95 OS. The keyboard stops responding, although the mouse still works and the programs can be closed using the mouse. I have found an upgrade for the HP Brio keyboard from HP’s website and also checked over the mem. The PC seemedto be fine after the upgrades and after I checked the mem. Unfortunately, the problem seems to have resurfaced over the past few weeks.
