Hello all,
I had purchased a Hp dv6000 laptop. It was a refurbished one from Frys.com. After exactly a year the laptop started having display problems.
The screen would go wild with all blue stripes and coloured stripes and they into a grey shade as if the screen is turned off.
The Hp guys in Pune,India tello most of their customers to go and service their problems at Multitrade.
They did tell me it had a problem in vga controller. However repairing it twice i am getting the same problem again and again.
I am tired of using the Hp laptop and would swear not to buy any Hp products and would prefer a Sony.
I would like to know if anyone has faced any similar problems and its possible solutions and also whether Frys is a trusted to source to buy laptops ?
