HP LJ 1100 drivers on NT

I’m trying to install a shared HP laserjet 1100 on an NT4 wkstation. I downloaded and copied over the drivers for this printer on NT and pointed the add printer wizard to them but it’s not accepting them. It’s looking for an *.INF file and there are none in the extracted files. What am I missing?
