My lap top has started freezing up the moment I connect to internet.I have windows vista.I tried connecting thru google chrome, internet explorer, changed internet options, formatted but it still hangs up.Mouse doesnt move, even ctrl alt del doesnt work.It works well if internet is not connected.Geeks squad is asking for atrocious money…HELP!
