PC will not power up at all. Started slowing down and not responding well. Now its dead. Removed power supply, powered it up and checked voltages. No voltages present. HP green LED on supply stays lit steady when plugged in but no voltages present. Light goes out after about 30 seconds when unplugged. Is the supply good because the light stays on or is it bad because there are no voltages present. Remember, power supply is removed and not under load when voltages are checked. Thank You!
