    HP PRINTER DRIVER

    I had a problem with the power in my home and was damaged the HP printer driver. The printer is Deskjet 692C. Is possible to get the driver to this printer? It?s out of order and doesn?t print.

      The printer driver?
      If your PC has corrupted driver files, you can download the latest driver direct from HP.

      http://www.hp.com

      Follow the support links to get to printer drivers.

      However, if you had power problems, the electronics or power supply for the printer itself may be damaged.

      There is an article in the HP support section on how to print test pages for most printers.
      If the printer driver does not correct the problem, printing a self test page can help determine if the problem is with the printer itself, or your PC.

      Your print driver at HP.COM will probably be the 690 print driver, I have a 932c and their download selctor made it a 930 for the driver class, works fine.
