Hp rizen 3 or HP i3 or lenevo?

Hi 
I want to buy brand new lap top in limited budget .
In this budget one of the following lap top I can afford :
Kindly suggest me which one should I purchase ? I intend to use for some programing work plus android work .

* Hp laptop Amd Ryzen 3 5300U APU with 256 Gb SSD 4GB ram ( local and int warranty available )

* Hp Intel Core i3 1215U processor [2] with 256 Gb SSD 4 gb ram ( only int warranty available )

Is new lenevo related to above also available ?

– What do the reviews you read say about these 2 machines?
– What comparable (specs and price) machines of Lenovo do you consider?
– Can you explain the “android work” you want to do on Windows that’s not “some programming”?

For my brother’s office we went with some refurbs. Both were 14 inch laptops. The first was the Dell Latitude 5480 I5-6200U 16GB 256GB SSD W10P Webcam HD 14″ but the display isn’t 1080p so for the next batch we went with the HP EliteBook 840 G4 i5-7200U 16GB 512SSD Windows 10 Pro Touchscreen. Both have webcams.

The HP 840 cost all of 270USD and has Windows 10. We don’t care about the warranty at these prices and if we get even a year, we saved a lot of bucks for office machines.

Truth be told, we’d bought dozens of these and no failures so far (5 years and counting.)

For your budget and intended use (programming and Android work), the HP laptop with AMD Ryzen 3 5300U APU appears to be the better option. The Ryzen 3 processor and local/international warranty make it a good choice. However, keep in mind that 4GB of RAM could be limiting, so consider upgrading to 8GB if possible. Please provide more details about the Lenovo option for a better comparison.

That would be PAINFUL to use.

I was using an i7 with 16GB RAM, all SSD and the Android Studio performance was … acceptable but it still felt laggy and slow.

I can’t imagine how poorly it would perform on less RAM and CPU.

Today we are putting the i9 and 32GB laptops in front of the Android programmers.

I think these processor models are approximately the same in performance. But 4 GB of RAM is very little, preferably at least 8 GB.
