I am a newbie with HP Systems insight Manager and have been assigned to install and configure it. The help files suggest I need to install the ProLiant Support Packs in the systems to be managed. However, the person who tried to install this before me tells me the support packs are not needed for the systems to be managed. Which one of them is correct?
It shows most of the systems but all as either Unmanaged or Unknown.
