HPLaserjet 4000 series and Word Labels

We have just upgraded the backend of our network from a Novell/Windows 98 environment to a Windows 2000/Windows XP environment. Since we have upgraded the HP drivers our Word Labels will not automatically go to the manual feed tray. We have tried HP4100 PCL, 4000 PCL, 4050 PCL, Postscript and TCP/IP ports. Nothing will fix it. Any ideas?
