HR Software recommendations?

By noyoki ·
I think I may have posted this in the wrong place last time... Our HR Manager has been using People Manager 3 since before I got here... and hates it still. Any recommendations?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, we're a Novell house with 1 other Win 2k server... (Hey, at least now it's a REAL server... Not just a workstation that also happens to be the Juris server too...) There's no real need to drop all the cash on 2k3 server... Do they sell Sharepoint seperately? (And is it insanely expensive, like every other M$ project?)

(SSI Consulting is the reseller that puts on the User Groups.)
