HTML FOR MY HOME PAGE

By MongBoyJeff ·
About 10 years ago I created my "Home Page", taught myself HTML etc.

I had a stroke a few years back and my mind is a blank for HTML Text.

I had in error deleted some information on my Home Page and I was wondering if I gave you my User Name & Password, could you go in and fix it.

I have no problem giving this information out since it's not a sensitive issue and I can't get hurt.

If anyone can help me out, please e mail me at:
MongBoyJeff@Cox.Net and I'll give you the URL and above mentioned and tell you what I want done.

Many thanks.

Jeff

Google Cache

Look at Google Cache. You might be able to recover old web pages.

also try waybackmachine.org

by --Loki-- In reply to Google Cache

also known as archive.org...... it has a place to type in the location of the website, and it pulls up every cached version of it that it can find, by date... very useful for finding websites that no longer exist as well....

waybackmachine.org

by MongBoyJeff In reply to also try waybackmachine.o ...

Hi Lokean,

I tried the above mentioned URL and it took me back way to far to 2002 and 2003.
Check out my Home Page http://members.tripod.com/jbpelham/index.htm
Look at the main page, bottom left just above my Counter. You can still see a tiny piece of graphic that was never deleted.
That's where I had my Favorite Places, a nice Graphic and a list of 3 or 4 favorites.
That's what I deleted, but, I did that only a couple of months ago.
Thanks for your advise.

No luck on Google Cache

by MongBoyJeff In reply to Google Cache

Hi jd,

No luck on the Google Cache. I deleted these pieces of HTML about 2 months ago, maybe longer.
I remember that I tried a Norton Go-Back and also a System Restore without success.
If you look at the URL above the counter bottom of the first page on the left, you can see where I killed "My Favorite Places".
There's even a little piece of an Icon showing. Take a look at http://members.tripod.com/jbpelham/index.htm
You can see a piece of an image that never deleted.
The heading was "My Favorite Places", a nice graphic and 3 places that no longer exist, that's why I deleted them.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks again.
Jeff
