I have a manager who insists on keeping every single e-mail (though it seems like half go unread). His inbox has about 3000 messages, many with attachments. I created a personal folder for him that he has been dragging messages to. Now that personalfolder has about 3000 messages in it. My problem now is he is trying to drag a large amount of his inbox messages to the pesonal folder. An error keeps popping up that says “Can’t move the items, some items could not be moved, either they were moved, deleted or access is denied.” I can move the items without attachments fine. The messages with attachments are the ones causing problems. I’ve found that if I open the messages with attachements, then move them to the personal folder, they move fine. Could someone offer help on this issue?
