hyperlink in VBA in Excel

When I use VBA in Excel to copy ActiveSheet.Rows(1).Value to another worksheet such as Worksheets(2).Rows.(1).Value, why the hyperlink function in ActiveSheet.Rows(1).Value can not be retained? How to keep the hyerlink contents in this situations? Thank you.
