I am In Trouble

Recently I formated My Pc.But I forgot the taking data backup of tally 5.4, i lost my data ,but i recover all the data from recovery utillty.problem is that how i know that is tally data & how i converet it in tally. recovered file type is .$$$, Pls help me its very imp data.Plsssssss Help Me.
