“Managing” the use of the network is rather strange. So maybe you mean “show”?

But even showing has many implementations. One could be a program that can answer the question how many bytes were sent between a specific PC and a specific server on your company network on Monday May 17 2021 between 11 AM and 3 PM. Or how many of your employees use their company laptop to view Netflix while they are supposed to be working.

Or maybe you want to see less or more or something else or only the current use and not the history.

Is this Enterprise scale or just your PC?
